Shipping policy

Please note that we require 1-3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 Business Days for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 Business Days for express shipping.

Due to the high demand during the holiday season, our shipping carriers are experiencing delays. While we’re doing everything possible to ensure your order arrives promptly, please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping delays or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time!

At Balleva, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. We work with trusted vendors worldwide to share their products, and some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are sometimes inevitable. Therefore, all our shipping times are guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.


FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items immediately and send pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they are available. If you ordered multiple items and receive only part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive your remaining items shortly after.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, please visit the link provided in your tracking email. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please refer back to your email. Please allow 2-4 business days for the tracking information to update.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Balleva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report this to the respective shipping carrier using the information provided in your tracking email.
